This is a meeting of Alabama Medicaid's Drug Utilization Review Board in which Prospective and Retrospective Drug Utilization Review are reviewed. The DUR program is designed to educate physicians and pharmacists to identify and reduce the frequency of patterns of fraud, abuse, gross overuse, or inappropriate or medically unnecessary care among physicians and pharmacists.
The October 22, 2025, Drug Utilization Review (DUR) Board Meeting will be held in a hybrid format, offering both in-person attendance at the Alabama Medicaid building in Montgomery, Alabama, and virtual particiaption via Webex. Voting board members may attend either onsite or remotely. Please see the virtual Webex link provided below on the Alabama Medicaid website. All DUR Board meetings are open to the public.
