Alabama Coordinated Health Network (ACHN) for Recipients

The Alabama Coordinated Health Network, or ACHN, is a program that includes different organizations who work with Medicaid to coordinate the care of Medicaid recipients in seven regions of Alabama. ACHN employees will help recipients make better choices in order to have better health outcomes.
