The Alabama Coordinated Health Network, or ACHN, is a program that includes different organizations who work with Medicaid to help Medicaid recipients. The ACHNs are in seven regions of Alabama. ACHN staff will help recipients make better choices in order to have better health outcomes.

Categories include, but are not limited to the following:

Medically Complex recipients

Parents or other caretaker relatives (POCR)

Breast and Cervical Cancer
