Aug 21, 2026 - Pursuant to 42 CFR 441.304(f), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires states to obtain public input during the development of a waiver renewal. The Alabama Medicaid Agency (Medicaid) is issuing this 30-day public notice requesting public review and comment on the proposed renewal for the Alabama Community Transition (ACT) Waiver.
