Long-Term Care Facilities

Medicaid patients are eligible to receive services in Long-Term Care facilities based on patient assessments and plans of care. In addition to medical criteria, patients must meet financial and other requirements as specified by law.  Long-Term Care facilities include nursing homes, swing beds in hospitals and certain facilities for the intellectually disabled.
