The Department of Health and Human
Services (HHS) announced an application deadline extension for Phase 2 of the General
Distribution to Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, Children’s Health Insurance
Program (CHIP) and dental providers. Providers will have until Sunday, September 13, 2020 to apply.
HHS posted resources
and hosted several webinars for providers and provider organizations to answer
questions and assist eligible providers with the application process.

We encourage all providers to review these
recommendations and apply through this portal. When in doubt, apply, or reapply
if previously rejected.
