The CARES application (a portal for recipients to submit
applications and renewal forms) will be unavailable during maintenance starting
on Friday, July 5th at 5:00 PM until Monday, July 8th at 9: 00 AM. Online applications and renewals will not be accepted
during that time. You may still submit applications and renewals to your
local Medicaid Office.
The Agency has made available a complete list of District Offices
in Alabama with addresses and phone numbers. Please visit the link if you need
to submit an application in person while the CARES recipient portal is down for
