The Alabama Medicaid Agency is seeking public review and comments on the AL.023.08.00 Proposed Elderly and Disabled Home and Community-Based Waiver Renewal Application. The public comment period meets the requirements of 42 CFR 441.304 and provides the public an opportunity to review Alabama Medicaid Agency’s proposed application and submit comments or questions.
