RE: Extension of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition Attestation Deadline

As the Alabama Medicaid Agency continues to monitor the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Alabama, the following changes have been made to the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition attestation process:

·      The deadline to submit PCMH Recognition attestation for fiscal year 2021 has been extended from August 1, 2020 to September 1, 2020.
